AVAILABILITY
Scroll down to see our live availability calendar. Select your arrival date and then the duration from the pop up window, the rate will automatically be shown and you can send your booking request there and then. Your dates will be temporarily held for you and we will confirm within 24 hours.
RATES
Rates range from €120 per night (min 3 night stay) in the low season to €1,540 per week during the height of summer. On the calendar below, click on the dates you are interested in and the price will be automatically calculated for you, including any applicable discounts for long stays.
RESTRICTIONS
Regretfully, we are unable to offer our gite to families with young children. The minimum guest age is 12 years old. Pets and smoking are also not permitted.
PRICE
The price quoted for your stay is all inclusive, there are no additional charges e.g. booking or credit/debit card fees and we do not ask for any seasonal fuel supplement.
BOOKINGS
When making a booking above, your dates will be immediately marked as provisional. We will ordinarily approve the request within 24 hours, at which time you will receive an email with instructions to pay a 25% deposit. Upon receiving the deposit, we will confirm the booking by email.
PAYMENT
Must be made online through our website. The remainder of the payment balance will be due within the 8 weeks before the start date for your stay.
LAST MINUTE
Bookings made 8 weeks or less before the start date for your stay will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking.
DIRECTIONS
We shall send the address details, directions and GPS details once we receive the payment balance in full.
KEYS
Details of key collection will be be sent once the payment balance is received in full.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
The changeover day for Lamothe Haut is Saturday. On the day of arrival, the house will be available from 4PM and on departure we ask that you vacate the house by 10AM. This allows us to thoroughly clean and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.
BEDDING & TOWELS
Will be provided for all guests including towels for the pool area.
